Welcome

Sometimes, the thought of commencing therapy is daunting and for many, it is the fear of the unknown. Good therapy is the provision of a non-judgemental, confidential and safe environment for individuals who are experiencing pain and turmoil in their lives.  Recovery and emotional healing comes from the deep trust and strong alliance that develops between the therapist and the client.  Working with their therapist, clients are helped to get to the root of their problems, overcome their emotional challenges and make positive changes in their lives.

Initially the first contact that a client will make is a telephone call.  I will ask you some questions about your concerns, we will arrange a time and day for your first session and we will agree a fee.

Working with my clients in a collaborative way I assist them in exploring and understanding the areas of their lives that they are finding challenging and troubling.
